The Kohl’s location at Juban Crossing in Denham Springs is permanently closed due to damage from the August 2016 flooding, according to multiple Baton Rouge store representatives. All associates, executives, and part-timers were offered positions at the Kohl’s Baton Rouge or Covington location.
“It was a total loss” due to the flood, according to a high-level source I spoke with this morning. She stated that she didn’t have the capacity to make a formal statement, and referred me to Kohl’s Corporate. I’m awaiting an official statement from Media Liason Lyra O’Brien.
